Are you ready for some winter weather? Though it already has snowed a little and since melted, the white stuff of winter is probably coming to stay.
The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for southern Minnesota, including Mower County for today, Thursday and coming days.
It says light snow will fall across the region tonight, generally under an inch, and could cause Thursday morning traffic problems. Another system is expected to move through the Upper Midwest over the weekend, bringing heavy snowfall.
