Gilbert M. “Gib” Heimerman, 82, of Austin, died peacefully on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, at Sacred Heart Care Center.

Service: A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, at Queen of Angels Catholic Church with Father Dale Tupper officiating.

Visitation: There will be a 6:30 p.m. rosary on Tuesday at Mayer Funeral Home where friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m.

Interment: Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Funeral Home: The family will also greet friends at at luncheon following the service at the church on Wednesday.
