—Cory Ryan Gunsallus, 30, of Austin. Convicted of domestic assault. Sentenced to 365 days in jail stayed for two years supervised probation and 40 hours community work service. Fined $85. Dismissed charges: Stalking and terroristic threats. Offense date: June 29, 2011.

—Michael Allen Madison, 21, of Austin. Convicted of violating two or more orders for protection within 10 years of previous convictions. Sentenced to 28 months in prison. Dismissed charges: First-degree burglary and stalking. Offense date: July 23, 2011.

—Simon Chuol Makuach, 39, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation, 50 hours community work service and 26 days of electronic home monitoring. Fined $85. Dismissed charges: DWI and driving without insurance. Offense date: Feb. 17, 2011.

—William Robert Mcanally, 27, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation, 50 hours community work service and 30 days electronic home monitoring. Dismissed charge: DWI. Offense date: May 28, 2011.

—Timothy James Schultz, 33, of Owatonna. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year supervised probation. Fined $585. Dismissed charges: DWI and traffic violation. Offense date: July 23, 2011.

—Benjamin James Weis, 31, of Austin. Convicted of third-degree narcotic sales and fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 27 months in prison. Dismissed charges: Fourth-degree drug sales and possessing a firearm as a felon. Offense dates: March 18, 2011, and June 21, 2011.

—Clinton Erick Broin, 20, of El Mirage, Ariz. Convicted of two counts second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Sentenced to 90 months in prison stayed for 90 days in jail followed by 25 years supervised probation and 100 hours community work service. Offense date: Nov. 9, 2009.

—Troy Hansen, 39, of Adams. Convicted of third-degree DWI. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for two years supervised probation and 94 hours community work service. Fined $85. Dismissed charge: Driving after revocation. Offense date: July 28, 2011.
