The Hayfield volleyball team endured a very long match but lost 25-20, 33-31, 15-25, 28-26 to Goodhue (13-3 overall, 7-3 HVL) in Hayfield Thursday.

The Vikings (13-6 overall, 6-4 HVL) led 23-15 in the fourth game, but they couldn’t force a fifth game.
