Sebastian played keeper in the first half, where he stopped six shots —including one from point blank range. Then, he moved to the field in the second half and scored his second goal of the season in the 83rd minute for RCC’s fourth goal of the day.

The Blue Devils (10-5 overall) received a boost from Austin grad Pedro Herrera as he took a pass from Austin grad Dante Ortiz and scored in the 60th minute to make it 2-0. Herrera scored again in the 63rd minute on assist from Rafael Bellon.

Bellon started the scoring with RCC’s lone first half goal in the 34th minute. He scored on a pass from fellow Brazilian Anderson Siqueria.

RCC out-shot Crossroads 33-16.

RCC freshman Jesse Ledesma played keeper in the second half and he made five saves to preserve the shutout.

Since it is playing as a club team, RCC will not compete in the postseason.
