The Grand Meadow volleyball team had its season end in a 25-6, 25-4, 25-15 loss at No. 1 seeded Faribault Bethlehem Academy (20-7 overall) in the Section 1A West Division quarterfinals Thursday.

The Superlarks (13-13 overall) took some time to adjust to FBA’s hard serving, but they were able to make some plays once they got going.

“It took us a little while to get confident, but we were able to run our offense in the second and third games,” GM head coach Michael Keefe said.

The Larks had won seven straight before Thursday’s loss.

“I was happy with how we advanced throughout the season,” Keefe said.
