The Austin girls soccer team saw its season end in a 1-0 loss at No. 1 seeded Albert Lea (11-4-1 overall) in the Section 2A tournament Saturday.
The Packers (5-12 overall) had plenty of chances to score, but couldn’t come through.
“We were dominating the whole game, but unfortunately we couldn’t score,” Austin head coach Enrique Camarena-Corzo said. “The girls had a really amazing game. They really did.”
AL scored its only goal on a corner kick in the first half.
