Armed trio walks into house, demands money

Austin police are searching for suspects after three men allegedly walked into an Austin residence with a gun demanding money.

Police Chief Brian Krueger said officers were called to the 800 block of Fourth St. NW around 10 p.m. Monday on a report of an armed burglary.

The three people in the home, ranging from age 22 to 30, said three men walked into the unlocked house, pointed a “silver revolver” at them and asked for their wallets.

The victims told police the men got away with several hundred dollars and two cell phones.

The incident is under investigation by Austin police detectives.

•Black male
•17-22 years old
•6’ to 6’2”
•180 lbs.
•Short hair
•Wearing a blue T-shirt pulled up under his eyes, blue hooded sweatshirt and white shoes

Suspect 2:
•Black male
•17-22 years old
•6’ to 6’2”
•180 lbs.
•Short hair
•Wearing a white T-shirt pulled up under his eyes, black shorts and black shoes

Suspect 3:
•Unknown race
•6’
•240 lbs.
•Wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, black knit hat, sunglasses and a white bandana over his face
