Calling all area photographers.

The Austin Area Art Center is looking for local artists to display their photographic talent.

Participants may enter as many as four of their best pieces, space permitting. All pieces need to be framed, wired and ready to hang and must be for sale. All entries must be submitted no later than 4 p.m., Aug. 28 at the Austin Area Art Center located in Oak Park Mall. The open house is 1-4 p.m. Sept. 4.

The show will be up from Aug. 31 to Sept. 25. For more information, stop at the Austin Area Art Center during normal business hours, noon to 4 p.m., Wednesdays through Sundays.
