Tammy Jo (Moucha) Piveral, 44, of Lathrop, Mo., passed away May 30, 2011, at Liberty Hospital in Liberty, Mo. She was born Dec. 11, 1966, in Austin, Minn. Tammy lived in Minnesota until moving in 1997 to Perren, Mo., and then Lathrop.

Survivors include her husband, Leroy; father and step-mother, Larry and Nancy Moucha; mother, Joann Moucha,; brothers, Donald Whipple, Jeffrey Moucha, Steven Moucha and Todd Moucha (Esther); sister, Cindy Mathison (Tom); step-daughter, Crystal Hens; step-granddaughter, Kirsten; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral and graveside services will be held 1 p.m. June 4, 2011, at the Bohemian Cemetery in Myrtle Minn. Friends and relatives are invited to a gathering at Mapleview Community Hall after the service. Arrangements are by Park Lawn Lathrop Chapel (816) 740-4658.
