Dan Lermon, sales and service technician for Frontier, Internet and digital television services, recently was recognized by the company for his demonstration of customer service excellence in the Blooming Prairie area.

“In addition to performing his regular responsibilities within operations on a daily basis, Dan has done an outstanding job of identifying and maintaining our outside equipment to prevent potential issues that may affect our customers’ service. He lives Frontier’s Values of ‘taking the initiative’ and ‘putting the customer first,’” said General Manager Darrell Hansen, Southeast Minnesota District. “Our customers have benefited from Dan’s dedication and efforts in Brownsdale where he recently completed equipment maintenance. We appreciate Dan’s diligence to ensuring that Frontier’s customers receive the very best products and services.”

Dan has been an employee of Frontier since 1989.
