There were a few Austin runners competing in the Med-City Marathon in Rochester Saturday.

Roger Vos, 48, took 29th out of 602 runners in the half-marathon with a time of 1:32.55, Michele Asmus, 30, was 64th with a time of 1:40.58, Thor Berg, 38, was 122nd with a time of 1:47.59, Clint Phillips, 31, was 265th with a time of 1:58.46, Lee Ann Schafer, 49, was 335th with a time of 2:05.19, Jill Zimbelman, 30, was 420th with a time of 2:13.13, Sara Schmit, 34, was 468th with a time of 2:18.34, and Eric Shoars, 42, was 551st with a time of 2:52.12,

Andrew Grant, 18, finished 70th out of 212 runners in the marathon with a time of 3:53.15, Shelly Thompson, 40, finished 90th with a time of 4:00.13 and Derek Ellis, 47, took 168th with a time of 4:43.08.
