The Austin boys golf team played through heavy winds and rain on the second day of the Albert Lea Invite as they scored a 348 as a team.

Mark Thorson led the way with an 81.

“I believe we may have just experienced what it was like to golf in Scotland today,” Austin head coach Chris Gogolewski said. “I wonder how we will score on a day when conditions are perfect for golf.”
