The Austin girls golf team placed eighth out of eight teams at the New Prague Invite Saturday.

The Packers put up a team score of 425 and New Prague won the meet with a 425.

“There was some good competition and New Prague has some of the best golfers in the state,” Austin head coach Erik LaRock said.
