Austin police cited a 25-year-old Austin man for breaking the social host ordinance last Friday night.

Jorge Martinez is being held in the Mower County jail on a probation hold for a separate crime after police found him hosting an underage party at 703 Seventh St. NW around 9 p.m. Friday.

Four minors under the age of 18 were given citations for minor consumption, and one 18-year-old was also ticketed, according to Police Chief Brian Krueger.
