EDINA, Minn. (AP) — A two-year-old Minneapolis boy has died after he was found unconscious in a hot tub at a suburban condominium complex.

Police say Chase Peterson and his family were visiting at the complex in Edina Saturday afternoon. The child was found in the hot tub about 2:30 p.m. and family members began CPR.

The toddler was rushed to University of Minnesota Medical Center-Fairview where he died early Sunday. KSTP-TV reports the medical examiner ruled accidental drowning caused the child’s death.
