State Patrol: Mother, 2 daughters killed in Minn

LITTLE FALLS, Minn.  — The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a crash that killed a mother and her two daughters at an icy intersection.

Troopers say an SUV crossed the center line at a Highway 27 intersection in Morrison County and struck a pickup truck head on.

Road conditions were described as icy at the time of the crash Monday about 7 p.m.

WCCO-TV reports the victims are a 31-year-old mother and her 10- and 7-year-old daughters from Flensburg.
