The Austin girls hockey team allowed a late goal in a 4-3 loss at New Ulm (9-8-1 overall) Tuesday.

New Ulm’s Kali Denn knocked in a shot off the stick of Austin goalie Allison Hoban with seven seconds left to beat the Packers (5-15-1 overall).

“We’re just not getting any breaks right now, but the girls won’t quit,” Austin head coach Denny Bray said.

Ashley Arhart tied the game up at three with 4:22 left in the game for Austin.
