OLIVIA, Minn. — Renville County authorities say they expect to charge a teenage Olivia man in the death of a 19-month-old baby girl.

Prosecutors say charges could come Tuesday morning. The 19-year-old is due in court later in the day.

Authorities say Tiana Moore was beaten last Wednesday and left with what authorities called “significant injuries.” She died in a hospital two days later.

Her family says Tiana had bruises along the entire right side of her body.

WCCO-TV says the suspect is a boyfriend of Tiana’s mother.
