The Blooming Prairie boys basketball team missed a game-tying three-pointer as time expired in a 38-35 loss at Randolph (1-1 overall) Friday.

BP (0-3 overall), which shot 23 percent from the field, trailed 19-14 at the half as it is still struggling to find its offense.

“Shooting woes again really hurt us,” BP head coach John Bruns said. “Defensively we are playing well enough, but we can’t expect to win until we can be more efficient and effective offensively.”
