The Blooming Prairie boys basketball team showed some more signs of improvement as it beat New Richland/H/E/G 53-42 in BP Tuesday.

Luke Hueman put up a career-high 14 points and Isaac Clark dished out five assists for BP (2-4 overall) as it led the Panthers (1-4 overall) by seven at the half and never let go of that lead.

“This is the best we’re playing and it’s been fun to watch us improve,” BP head coach John Bruns said. “We’re a much better team than we were two weeks ago.”

The Awesome Blossoms led by as many as 19 down the stretch.
