An Austin man who is accused of previously engaging in sexual activities with a young girl over a period of 10 or so years pleaded not guilty to two felonies Thursday in Mower County Court.

Bryan Allen Eaker, 20, faces two charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The alleged victim, who is almost two years younger than Eaker, reported the several incidents to the Austin Police Department on Sept. 18, 2009.

The woman said the sexual assaults began when she was about eight-years-old and that Eaker would touch her in “inappropriate places,” which led to sexual intercourse on several occasions.

When Eaker spoke with police, he admitted to “sexual experimentation” with the girl and said she was five or six years old and he was seven or eight years old when it began. He said the experimentation continued until about the age of 17.

Eaker characterized his interactions with the girl as “playing a game of house” and “having sex.”

Eaker will appear in court again on Feb. 24 for a pre-trial and March 7 for a jury trial with Judge Fred Wellmann presiding.
