Samuel John Mullenbach, 57, of Johnsburg, died Monday, Nov. 8, 2010 at St. Marys’ Hospital.

Service: Memorial services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 12, 2010 at St. John’s Catholic Church, Johnsburg, MN with Father Thomas Loomis officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be at the church for one hour before the service on Friday.

Interment: Interment will be in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Adams Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
