I am writing to ask for your support to re-elect Sheriff Terese Amazi. I’m a retired Mower County patrol sergeant. I have worked both with and and for Sheriff Amazi.

I always found her door open at work to discuss work matters, give feedback about questions and to listen. She treated me fairly and was always willing to listen to what I had to say. Sheriff Amazi is intelligent, works well with her deputies, with other law enforcement departments and with non-law enforcement people. She is well respected in communities outside of the county, also.

Sheriff Amazi is very knowledgeable concerning the county law enforcement departments and has been diligent in adhering to them as expected of a sheriff. She is also very involved in community service when off the job.

Sheriff Amazi has worked for the people of Mower County as a jailer, road deputy, investigator, chief deputy and now as sheriff.
