The Southland volleyball team had its season end on the back end of a tough five-game loss at No. 4 seeded Waterville/Elysian/Morristown Thursday in the Section 1A West Division playoffs.

The No. 4 Rebels (11-16 overall) took two of the first three games, but ended up falling by scores of 25-17, 17-25, 22-25, 25-17, 15-11.
