The Austin Daily Herald Web site set an all-time record last month.

The Herald’s site reached nearly three-quarters of a million pageviews in September – tallying 773,125 pages viewed – a 5.5 percent increase over the previous high. September also marked the third-straight month over the 700,000 mark, and the fifth time in the past eight months.

The site also had over 50,000 unique visitors in September and an average of 4,900 unique visitors per day.

Since the new site launched on July 29, austindailyherald.com has added Web-only features such as sports, opinion and video blogs; a video and multimedia page; a YouTube channel; more photo galleries; and an archive of national, state and local election news leading up to the Nov. 2 election.
