The Riverland soccer team lost to Bismarck State Community College in Albert Lea Saturday.

The Blue Devils (1-11 overall) trailed 2-0 at the half.

“Today we did not play as energetic as we played in our previous games,” RCC head coach Soner Dogan said. “I really don’t know why it was like that but my players somehow were down. I think it was because of hot weather.”

RCC will close up its schedule next week with a game in Albert Lea against Iowa Lakes Wednesday at 4 p.m. and they will host Crossroads Saturday in Austin.
