The Grand Meadow volleyball team went winless in the Waterville Invite Saturday.

The Superlarks (0-8 overall) fell to Maple River 25-19, 25-19, Cleveland 21-25, 25-11, 15-8 and LeCenter 25-21, 25-21.

“We keep getting better in the back row,” GM head coach Michael Keefe said. “Our serve receive is improving and we’re setting up an offense. We just need to be more consistent.”

Ashley Crumb had 11 digs and two aces against Maple River, while Courtney Olson had two ace serves.

Stephanie Russell and Autumn Thorsen had four kills against Cleveland and Camille O’Connell had eight digs.

Russell had two ace serves against LeCenter and O’Connell had four kills and two blocks.
