Hayfield junior Katie Miner hammered out 16 kills as the Vikings beat Cannon Falls (1-2 overall) by scores of 25-18, 22-25, 22-25, 28-26, 15-11 in Hayfield Thursday.

The Vikings (1-1 overall) also got a strong effort from Alyssa Selk in the back row as she made 37 digs.
