With a new look and several new interactive features, the Austin Daily Herald’s website has continued to see steady audience growth.

The Herald launched its new site July 29, just as it announced a record number of monthly page views — 723,258 for July — up 12.6 percent from June and up 31.5 percent from July of 2009. The Herald’s 642,425 page views in June was also an almost eight percent growth from May and up 10,418 views from June of 2009.

The site features a more user-friendly layout, sections for timely topics, breaking news and special sections, and live feeds to the Herald’s Twitter and Facebook pages.
