ST. PAUL — The death of a St. Paul teenager who was hit by a truck last March has been ruled a homicide.

The Ramsey County medical examiner says it’s unclear whether 17-year-old Isaiah Vinson was pushed into the street or punched, but that he didn’t leave the sidewalk and wind up in the street on his own.

The Star Tribune says Vinson was struck by a Parks and Recreation truck near St. Paul Central High School March 16. He was standing at a corner with other students when the incident occurred.
