Jerome Knox

Jerome (Jerry) Knox, age 65, passed away at his home in Arvada Colorado surrounded by family on May 28, 2010 after a two-year illness.
Jerome was born May 9, 1945 in Austin, Minn. to Stanford and LaVonne (Gossman) Knox. He served in the U.S. Army for 13 years and in his working career wore many hats, the favorite of them being his last, as an elementary school custodian.
He is survived by his wife: Diane; son: Breck (Terri) Knox; daughters: Karrie (Jaimie) Simmons, Corie (Rick) Anderson, Darcy (Steve) Miskol; grandchildren: Chelsea, Brianna, Mallorie, Jacob, Mackenzie, Richard and Ashleigh; sister: Gwen (Stephen) Lickteig; nephews: Bryan (Laura) Novak, Michael (Rhyannan) Novak; 10 great nephews and nieces, aunts, uncle, cousins, and friends of all ages.
He is preceded in death by his parents, infant sister, and a niece, Shari Kaye Novak.
Burial is in Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver Colorado. Jerry was an organ donor.
