L/P got a double in from Dani Felten in the loss to M/C, but it wasn’t enough as the game was called after six innings due to time restraints. M/C scored twice in the bottom of the sixth to clinch the victory.

Hayfield (2-14 overall) nearly came back to win against Windom, but the Vikings had to settle for fourth place.

Hannah Wiltgen knocked in two runs with a double and Abby Blanchard singled in a run to make it 6-4 in the sixth. Hayfield added another run on a Windom error to make it a one-run game but Jaide Ryks struck out with a runner on second and the Vikings never threatened in the seventh.

Hayfield lost to Blooming Prairie 12-2 and beat L/P 10-4.
