Lanesboro did all it had to in the first half of an 80-34 win over the Grand Meadow boys basketball team in Lanesboro Friday.

The Burros (9-4 overall, 6-1 SEC) drilled nine threes in the first half as they held a 55-16 advantage at the break.

“We didn’t do a very good job of getting out and contesting their shots,” GM head coach Chad Burmester said. “They really rotated the ball well against our zone defense and were able to get open looks and they took advantage.”
