A 51-year-old Austin man was charged Wednesday with multiple felonies for allegedly having sexual relations with a minor.

William Conner faces two counts each of first-, second- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to a criminal complaint, inappropriate touching with the young girl started in 2002 and intercourse began in June.

The most recent incident occurred Sunday, the complaint states.

Conner is in custody on $250,000 bail, or $50,000 with court conditions, which include no contact with the alleged victim or other children.

He is set for arraignment Oct. 22.
