Pacelli runners all hit personal bests in Mankato

The Blooming Prairie cross country boys team took second and the BP girls took third, while the Pacelli boys took fifth at the Mankato Invite Friday.

Every single Pacelli runner on the boys and girls team set a personal best time as Michael Bergstrom finished 10th for the boys and Annie Holtz took ninth for the girls.

“Our kids are working hard and its paying off,” Pacelli head coach Jim Parlin said. “I am very pleased with the progress that we have made with this very young team. I feel that there will be more to come in the weeks ahead.”

Sophomore Adam Driessen took fourth in just his third career race for BP and freshman Tyler Cozine had a career best time in finishing 12th.
