An Austin man is missing a 50-inch TV after someone broke into his house through a side window and stole the appliance.

August Lengling, 24, reported the incident to police early Thursday.

According to a report, the burglar entered the home on the 1100 block of Fifth Street Northwest sometime between 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and early Thursday by cutting through a screen.

Other valuables were in the home, but only the TV, valued at $1,800, was taken.

The burglar left through the front door, according to the report.

No suspects have been named in the case.
