The Austin Boys Under 17 (Classic 2) won the Minnesota Youth Soccer Assocation state soccer tournament Wednesday.

The score was tied 1-1 against Coulee Region WI in the title game and there were no scores in two overtimes. It came down to a shootout, where each team had five kicks and Austin hit four out of five and Coulee got three out of five, so Austin won.

Austin beat Central Minnesota 2-1 and beat Mankato 2-1 in group play to get to the title game.
