The owners of Y Waste Removal, Inc. return to the Mower County Planning Commission Tonight for a decision.

Jim Yerhart, owner the business, and his brother, David, owner of the land on which he wants to open the business, will ask the county planning commission for a conditional use permit to operate a solid waste handling facility in Section 15, Lyle Township.

The brothers appeared before the commission in April, but Lyle Township officials expressed a lack of information on the brothers’ request and action by the commission was delayed for a month. Also Tuesday night, Wallace Bustad and Wallace Bustad Crane Service will seek a CUP to store and crush concrete and bituminous material and operate a demolition debris grinding facility and transfer station with up to 200 yards capacity on property in Section 27, Lansing Township.
