The Pathways staff facilitating the program are trained in all aspects of the Day Camp program, with safety being their top concern. Pathways Outdoor Ministries is a camping and retreating ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Pathways operate three camps and retreat centers within the Northwest Minnesota Synod: Camp Emmaus is located near Menahga, Minn; Camp Minne-Wa-Kan is near Cass Lake, Minn.; and Lake of the Woods Bible Camp is near Baudette, Minn.  Each of these camps offers year-round camping opportunities for youth, adults and families.
