The Hayfield baseball team found a way to get past Kasson/Mantorville 6-1 Monday in Kasson.

The Vikings (7-6 overall) had just three hits, but one of those was a solo homer by Paul Blanchard.

“It was a very fast and clean game, but the few mistakes that Kasson/Mantorville made were very costly for them,” Hayfield head coach Craig Selk said.
