An Owatonna man being held in the Mower County jail has been charged with fifth degree felony assault after assaulting another prisoner Sunday night.

According to the Mower County Sheriff’s Department, Lesley Lamont Wadley, 33, got into an altercation with another prisoner about what to watch on TV.

Wadley then allegedly hit the prisoner three times in the face.

The prisoner was not seriously injured.
