Austin Chapter 10 of the Izaak Walton League will hold its annual Wild Game Feed Wednesday, April 15.

The game feed starts at 5:30 p.m. with appetizers followed by an all-you-can-eat dinner of wild game at the Ikes’ Cabin in Todd Park.

Appetizers include venison chili, venison salami, sweet and sour venison meatballs, smoked salmon pté, salmon roll-ups, pickled northern pike, cheese and crackers.

The dinner includes wild buffalo roast, elk roast, bear roast, wild hog, caribou roast, venison loin, corned venison, venison bulgogi, wild turkey, pheasant, duck, rabbit, squirrel, potatoes, squash, pickles, carrots, dinner rolls and orange sherbet for dessert.

Beverages are included with the meal.

This is the largest fundraiser for Austin Chapter 10.  Funds raised go toward conservation projects and environmental education of areaa youth.

Participants are asked to purchase tickets early as the event sells out.
