Corporate Graphics, which for more than 30 years has provided large businesses and dealers with business forms, checks and related printed products, will cease production in its Austin facility effective April 17.

Company officials issued a press release Monday stating that the move comes as a result of the current market conditions and its affect on customer demand.

“Corporate Graphics will be providing support to the 27 affected employees to ease the transition,” the release states.

All work that is done in the facility will be transitioned over the next 90 days to other Taylor Corporation companies.

“This was a difficult decision for us as we realize the contributions of Corporate Graphics employees to the organization and the commitment of the organization to the community for the past 40 years,” said Tommie Braddock, president of Corporate Graphics, in the statement.

“Corporate Graphics employees have always displayed great work ethic and passion for their jobs, their company and their customers. We want to thank all the employees who have worked for this facility over the years, thank the customers it has serviced and thank the city of Austin for its support.”

The Austin facility is located at 1805 14th St. N.E.
