Three men were taken into custody in a southwest Austin apartment Thursday morning on suspicion of possession of illegal documents.

According to an Austin Police Department report, officers were sent to the apartment in the 1300 block of Ninth Avenue Southwest at 9:20 a.m. Thursday to search of a suspect. While at the residence, they discovered illegal documents relating to employment.

Three male suspects, ages 28, 30 and 34 were arrested and taken into custody.

They face aggravate felony charges of using forged documents, according to the police report.

The trio were arrested without incident and jailed.
