Glenn E. Joseph
Glenn Everett Joseph, 38, of Austin, died on Aug. 8, 2008, at Methodist Hospital in Rochester, Minn. Glenn was born Aug. 23, 1969, in Austin the son of Glenn E. and Yvonne “Sid” (Lee) Joseph. He attended school in Austin, graduating from Austin High School in 1989. Following graduation, Glenn worked as a cook for various restaurants including the Austin Country Club and most recently at Grumpy’s in Grand Meadow. He loved spending time with his friends and family. He played disc golf and enjoyed watching the Minnesota Vikings.
Glenn is survived by his daughter, Alicia Joseph, Austin; mother, Sid (Mike) Shahan, Gilbert, Ariz.; two sisters, Terry Lee Donovan, Austin and Jamie Shahan of Mesa, Ariz.; many special friends and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn E. Joseph; brother, Robert Donovan and his grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2008, at Crane Chapel with the Rev. Dale Christiansen officiating. Interment will follow the service in Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. The Worlein Funeral Home is handling arrangements for the family. Memorial are preferred to the family.
