A community barbecue is planned Saturday at the gift shop Three Sisters and A Carpenter in LeRoy.

Serving will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Radio Station “Cool 104” will be broadcasting from the fundraiser.

Sponsored by Transitions, the benefit is for the new brain injury transitions home in Austin.

Three Sisters and A Carpenter is located west of the LeRoy-Ostrander Public School along Highway 56.

Freewill donations will be accepted.

According to the Lutheran Social Services sponsors, the transition home will be designed to bridge the gap from hospital care to living and working in the community.

The public is invited.
