Mary A. Strong
Mary Ann Strong died at St. Joseph Hospital on June 6, 2008 after a long battle with blood cancer.
She was born June 29, 1941 in St. Olaf’s Hospital in Austin, the daughter of Harry P. Strong, who was Superintendent of Parks and Recreation from 1940–1965. Mary is a graduate of Pacelli High School, in the class of 1960. Mary was loved by one and all and will thoroughly missed.
She is survived by her brother, Harry P. (Nancy) Strong Jr., St. Paul, Minn., Jack (Joan) Strong, Lacey, Wash., and Joan (John) Dieball, Orange, Calif.; 10 nieces; eight nephews and many great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, two sisters and her father.
Mary will be buried at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Orange, Calif. Services are pending.
