The Austin Police Department does, and its offering both the gas and pedal-powered kind during its spring auction at 10 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot at Riverside Arena.

City officials said they are selling four vehicles during the auction, including:

1995 Dodge Caravan

1986 Buick Regal

1985 Pontiac Fiero

1979 Dodge pickup

Also, scores of bicycles and other items will be auctioned off at the event. Many of the items, officials say, were recovered through police seizures or have never been claimed by their rightful owners.

Also on Saturday, the Northwestern Singers will present its 50-year reunion concert at 7:30 p.m. in the Knowlton Auditorium at Austin High School. Advance tickets are $9 for adults and $8 for students and can be purchased at Nemitz's, Sterling Main Street and any Northwestern Singer. Tickets at the door are $10.
