Todd Becker

Brian and Becky Ponto of Eagan announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Kristine, to Todd Matthew Becker, son of Clint and LuAnn Becker of Waltham.

Amy is a special education teacher in the Apple Valley School District. She graduated from Eagan High School in 1991 and from St. Cloud State University in 1996. She received her masters degree from St. Mary's University in Minneapolis in 2001.

Todd is an industrial technology instructor at Blue Earth Area High School. He graduated from Blooming Prairie High School in 1991 and from Mankato State University in 1995.

The couple will be married July 12, 2003, at St. Columbanus Catholic Church, Blooming Prairie.

Allison Preston

Allison Gail Preston of Hot Springs, Ark. and Kevin Robert Divine of Austin announce their engagement. Allison is the daughter of Dick and Harriet Preston of Hot Springs, Ark. Kevin is the son of Robert Divine and Ilene and Doug Carroll, all of Austin.

Allison is an ICU nurse at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Ark.

Kevin is a student majoring in elementary education at Minnesota State University-Moorhead and is completing his student teaching at Stewartville Central Intermediate School.

The couple will be married in mid-May at a private ceremony in Hot Springs, Ark. The reception will be held July 5 at First Baptist Church in Austin.

Jessica Nellie Swenson

Jesse Michael Lee

James and Frances Swenson, along with Michael and Renee Lee, all of Albert Lea, announce the engagement of their children, Jessica Nellie Swenson and Jesse Michael Lee.

Jessica is a 2001 graduate of Albert Lea High School, attended Riverland Community College and is a social work student at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Jesse is a 1999 graduate of Albert Lea High School and is employed as an electrician.

The couple will be married at 3 p.m. on May 4, 2003, at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. The reception will be held at the church in Bethany Hall.
